Model AS 200 Jet


The new air jet sieve AS 200 jet is particularly suitable for light materials with particle sizes in the lower micron range. It is used with sieves of 10 microns mesh size or more. The procedure is very gentle on the material as no mechanical sieving aids are required. The average sieving time is 2-3 minutes.

Well-proven functionality for optimum results
An industrial vacuum cleaner generates a jet of air which disperses the particles on the sieve through the slotted nozzle. The material which is smaller than the mesh size of the sieve is transported by the back flow of the air to the vacuum cleaner or to a cyclone for complete recovery. The air jet helps to deagglomerate the particles and constantly purges the sieve mesh. The sieving machine can be optionally equipped with an automatic vacuum regulation which constantly monitors and maintains the air flow thus increasing the reproducibility of the sieving process. Sieving time and nozzle speed are conveniently set with a single button, the settings are shown in the graphic display. The Quick Start Mode allows to start the sieving process under standard conditions without entering parameters.
