The Accu-TEST ® COD Reactor Block is an economical solution for digestion of chemical oxygen demand (COD) samples.

The Accu-TEST COD Reactor Block is easier to use and more economical than other heating methods for COD vial digestion. The Accu-TEST COD Reactor Block maintains temperature to within 2°C of 150°C for consistent results. A safety shield is available to protect against broken vials and acid spills. Samples are ready to be measured by titration or by a colorimeter after a two-hour digestion period. The unit meets all applicable electrical and safety standards. Two sizes are available - the single reactor unit can digest up to 15 16 mm vials simultaneously, and the double reactor unit can handle up to 30.
