Centormeter W/H, torque screwdrivers and torque wrenches calibrator
 


The CENTOR Meter W/H torque screwdrivers calibrator enables verification of torque wrenches thanks to a series of reference sensors ranging from 3 to 1400 Nm.
Each sensor is instrumented with the adaptations necessary to fix it and connect it to the electronic measurement instrument.
The calibrator calculates the triggering peak and enables a table of values to be filled in the memory; the table can then be transmitted to a computer via the RS232 output.
With the latest version of the CENTOR Meter W/H, you can control the torque on power screwdrivers. This applies to electric, pneumatic and hydraulic screwdrivers, whose speed of rotation can be adjusted up to 3 000 RPM. CENTOR Meter W/H traces a curve, which enables the increase in torque to be displayed instantaneously. Each base unit is fitted with a main sensor and can be fitted with extra sensors, which are recognised automatically without any manual intervention.precision of the Centor instrument family, which are specially designed for mobile use in a production workshop.
