Free flowing or wet powders can also be mixed, granulated, and dried utilizing various blade options. Typical product viscosities range from 1 cps to approximately 2,000,000 centipoises.
Jaygo Double Planetary and Multi-Shaft Mixers offer process flexibility, user friendliness, and easy to clean / maintain designs. Sizes from 1 to 1500 liters working capacity are typical, with larger batch sizes available on request.

Jaygo Discharge Presses are designed to press mixed product from Planetary and Multi-Shaft mix bowls into drums, pails, cartridges, etc... or into secondary mix vessels for further processing. Rebuild & Refurbish Services
Jaygo specializes in repairing, refurbishing, and rebuilding Double Planetary and Multi-Shaft Mixers from Jaygo and its competitors. • All rebuilt and refurbished equipment is completely dismantled, cleaned, sand-blasted, and inspected • Where necessary parts are built-up with weld, machined, ground, and polished. All bearings, seals, o-rings, gaskets, grease, oil, wiring, switches, instruments, and belts are replaced • Parts are re-assembled, primed, painted, and run-tested prior to return or sale
