Dissolution UV-VIS Online System

  
Caleva Dissolution Testers in combination the automated Sampling Station with the versatile Windows™ based Dissolution Software can be used for automatic analyses of the samples in an UV-VIS Spectrophotometer (Beckman, Cecil, Perkin Elmer, Shimadzu, Types on request).

A solution for automated dilution is offered in combination with the new PerkinElmer Lambda 25/35 UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, which due to the 16 position cell changer, allows to measure each sample in two different cells with different path length (i.e. 10 mm and 1 mm).

    Flow-Through Cells for all UV-VIS Spectrophotometers are available with various path length (1 mm, 2 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm etc.).
    System Control
    Windows based CALEVA Dissolution Software including intelligent Interface box to run under Win 3.1, 3.11, WIN 95 and and WIN NT for up to 4 Dissolution Online Systems. Multi Component Analysis, USP pass/fail criteria, 95% Confidence Level, Standard Deviation of Dissolution Curves, Calibration linearity of up to 10 points, Spectrum Scan, Batch Statistics etc.
    Tubing/Connectors
    System Tubing and Connector Kits, Teflon- (1.6 mm or 3.0 mm o.d.), Verderprene- or PEEK Tubing System Pre-Configuration.
