The Flash unit has a new illumination
device. The illumination of the plate is
done through a reflection ring. The
background can be black or illuminated
in order to count colonies by transparency. |

conjunction with an auto
sampler: the Plate

information generated by
the Flash such as
recount results or Petri dish
images can be exported
to any software like data
base, spread sheets or
word processors. |
The PC hosting FLASH & GO must comply with some minimum requirements to support both the
Flash software, and the Image Capture hardware and software:
- Pentium IV, 1.7 GHz Processor or higher .
- Windows XP updated with last versions of DiretcX and Dot Net utilities or Windows Vista.
- 1024 Mbytes ram memory or higher, available for the application.
- 500 Mbytes free, after all the operational system updates are installed.
