CAUTION
Digital systems should only be operated in the mid 80% of the Load Cell range i.e. A 1000 lb Load Cell should be used between 100 & 900 Ibs. Overforce protection of Load Cell may not respond fast enough to prevent damage when running the tester at high speeds.

  • Includes Digital Force Meter (DFM5000) and one load cell of choice. Renlace (-XX) in the Part Number with the Suffix Code of desired S-Block Load Cell from below.

  • Testers run at 95% of listed speed at full capacity load

    Perform ASTM test procedures that do not require a variable speed stand. Fixed speed test stands run at one factory preset speed. Includes Digital Force System with an S-Block Load Cell of your choice, accurate to 0.1% full scale. Captures continuous and peak load in pounds, kilograms, newtons, ounces, and grams. Serial port can be used for downloading data to a PC or to print test reports directly to an optional mini serial printer (MSP242). Upper and lower limit travel switch is standard. These low cost testers are ideal for testing needs on the production floor.

    ACCESSORIES FOR THE LOW COST DIGITAL FORCE SYSTEMS
    		MSP 242 Mini Thermal Report Printer will print raw data or a test report directly from the Digital Force Meter. Report includes peak force, time date, and space for operator ID and sample description. Includes cable.
    EWC 0909072 RS-232 cable to connect Digital Force Meter (DFM5000) to computer serial port for downloading of raw data.
    VCO 0220 220 volt optional transformer converts 220V to 110V for operating any motorized tester

    STANDARD S-BLOCK LOAD CELLS - SSB SERIES

    Choose any of these Load Cells to accompany the Low Cost Digital Force Systems. These Load Cells have an accuracy of +0.05% of Full Scale (+0.1% as a system) and Over Force Protection of 150% of Rated Capacity. Built-in identification electronics allows cells to be interchanged on the system without recalibration.
