OPERATION
  • Fast heat-up from ambient to 1600°F/870°C in just 2 hours, unloaded.
  • Furnace includes welded steel stand, providing chamber entry at convenient height.
  • Silicon Carbide Hearth Plates protect bottom heating element.
  • Heating elements recessed in refractory cement for optimum heat transfer and chamber temperature uniformity.
  • Furnace modification for injection of inert gas available upon request.

SAFETY
  • Door opens upward, keeping hot side away from operator.
  • Door safety switch removes power from heating element when door is opened to shield operator.
