Glassware Dryers

This large capacity glassware dryer is ideal for high-volume glassware drying and sterilization. Spacious chamber capacity of 41 cubic feet. It provides temperatures up to 180°C for fast and efficient drying of laboratory glassware.

Controls: Model NLD-41 features easy-to-use controls for simple adjustment of temperature setpoint. An automatic over-temperature limit with manual reset is included for high temperature protection throughout the operating range. In addition, an adjustable automatic off-timer allows the operator to turn the dryer on at the end of the work day, and return the next morning to dry glassware.
Model NLD-41 features microprocessor based digital control

Heating Systems: Heat is provided by means of nickel chromium heating elements, which operate in the "black heat" range, for safety and energy efficiency. Heated air is distributed by a mechanical convection system which provides uniform temperatures and quick glassware drying.

Construction: The cabinet is constructed of type 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and corrosion resistance. The chamber walls and door are fully insulated with high density glass-wool. This, combined with a full silicone door gasket and positive action latch provides energy efficient operation.

All stainless steel interior with adjustable wire shelves

Model NLD-41 This 41 cubic foot capacity model features top-mounted digital controls. Wire shelves are adjustable on 3" centers and can hold four 12.5" x 12.5" National glassware baskets.
