These are complete HPLC systems with an integrated UV-Vis Fixed Wavelength Detector for either 254nm or 280nm operation. Other wavelengths, dependent upon applications, all available by special order.

Designed to meet even the smallest scholastic budget, GENEQ introduces the first of its new line of totally integrated HPLC systems at prices thousands of dollars less than equivalent, competitive systems. The DLC-10/11 is a complete HPLC system including detector and flowcells available for industrial as well as biocompatible analytical or preparative applications.

The DLC-10/11 is fully equipped with a high pressure isocratic pump, PEEK injector valve (SS is an option), and a biocompatible UV-VIS detector.

APPLICATIONS

The pump’s PEEK construction permits the instruments use for biochemical as well as industrial analytical applications. Because of the systems relatively low price, compared to all other isocratic systems currently available, the instrument is ideal for undergraduate and scholastic use where a basic understanding of chemistry, and in particular chemical instrumentation, is being taught.

This systems simple operation is straight forward, yet
still provides a scholastic challenge to the student. The small footprint of the instrument and relatively light weight permit its transportability. This is ideal for environmental field testing, as well as quality control procedures and dedicated industrial processes.

THE PUMP
The pump used in the DLC-10/11 is representative of a new class of pumps where pressures up to 2500 psi are ideal. DLC-10/11 Injector Valve and Sample Part Integrated PEEK injector valve with 0.0625 in. fittings; port diameter of 0.016 in.; a 20µL PEEK sample loop; PEEK stator material.

DETECTOR
The detector incorporated in the DLC-10 is D-Star Instruments new generation of high quality, low cost, UV/Vis Fixed Wavelength detectors. The detector purchased as a stand alone instrument (DFW-20), is less than one-half the price of the best known fixed wavelength detector on the market.
Totally integrated into the DLC-10 minimizing cost, weight, and footprint, the detector comes standard with 254nm (DLC-10); 280nm (DLC-11) is available at a slight increase in price. Other wavelengths are optional at additional cost. Analytical and preparative flow cells are available to cover most industrial and biochemical applications.
