Morse Laboratory Jaw Crushers

Morse Hi-Capacity Jaw Crushers deliver two crusing blows per revolution to speed crushing of friable rock or similar rock-like materials down to minus 1/4 in. 8 x 8 in.(largest) and 2-1/4 x 3-1/2 in. (smallest) are shown for dimensional contrast. Matching flywheel guards are included, but not shown, to better depict machine operation.

FEATURES

Crusher and mtor are mounted on a heavy, tubular steel base
Swinging jaw provides double impact, due to a single toogle design, creating a foward and downward motion
Single toogle is handwheel adjusted for easy control of jaw opening
