Laboratory Glassware Washer
Model NLW-88

NLW-88, NLW-108, NLW-128 and NLW-1385 washers offer large washer capabilities in an affordable under counter size. Six (6) standard wash programs include settings for temperature and load size. Multiple rinse cycles and a neutralizer dosing system are designed to eliminate detergent residue. Multiple final rinse cycles utilizing deionized water result in sparkling clean glassware every time. When activated, glassware is dried using electric heat and mechanical convection. The optional 1 touch extra dry system assures "bone dry" glassware for intricately shaped and concave bottomed glassware. The National Models NLW-88, NLW-108, and NLW-128 connect to a common 115V, 15 amp circuit for the easiest possible installation. Other voltages, including 50 Hz are available. The National model NLW-1285 offers higher-performance and shorter cycle times. This model provides more heating capacity and significantly reduces water-heating times. The washing action is enhanced by utilizing a larger wash pump and increased flow rate to power dual spindle racks that can clean up to 44 narrow necked components per load. All models include, separate pumps for recirculated wash water and drain, flow meters, and an easy to clean triple filtration system to capture debris, broken glass and labels in an easy-to-access, easy-to-remove basket. Models NLW-128 and NLW-1285 accept up to two spindle racks, each rack is capable of direct injection cleaning of up to 22 narrow neck glassware items. Models NLW-88 and NLW-108 do not accept spindle racks. These models are designed to fit in a standard 24" wide cabinet opening and are height adjustable as low as 34.25".
