AUTORANGING FUNCTION

Autoranging function selects 5 to 9999 or 10,000 to 99,990 range. One second response time within standard distance of 2" to 6" (50 to 150mm), with response time to 2 seconds at greater distances. Proper direction of the light beam is indicated by a panel light which flashes with each passage of the reflecting mark through the light beam.

(23") reflective tape (only 1/4" square needed for measurements), four 1.5 Volt AA batteries and case.
