PDA Temperature Probe & HACCP Recording System
 


For HACCP temperature recording in the restaurant or the factory, you won’t find a more economical and flexible solution. Attach one of our fast response food probes or a high accuracy reference probe to a PDA and you’ve got a paperless recording system. Each probe ships with our free Basic Plus software and a calibration certificate with actual recorded test data.

Ruggedize your system with the Recon PDA or add on an optional Otterbox protective case. Simply attach the probe, synchronize the software and start recording. Readings are stored on the PDA until synchronization, and an Excel output file is automatically created with your readings with complete details on each recording. You won’t find an easier to use system right out of the box.

Software Options
Thermapalm Basic Plus Software for HAACP Recording (free with each probe)

 With our Basic Plus software that’s included with each probe, you can record temperatures anywhere and store critical information with each reading. Record the operator’s name, date, time, temperature, location or label, and download the data directly to your PC in Excel the next time you synchronize. Setup files and output files can be emailed and shared to implement a complete corporate quality program. Combine and organize all data into Excel files for electronic record management.

HACCP Task List Software (optional)

For more advanced data recording, our HACCP software can record temperature tasks, non temperature visual tasks, and delivery receipts that are setup with our setup module. Remedials are also programmed so each operator can perform corrective action tasks and record these to the output file. The output file is also user programmed and is locked in a pdf format. Setup files can be shared and organized by location for quality management.

Thermapalm Lab Data Logging Software (optional)
For interval recording of temperature data, we’ve got one more software package. Record up to 100,000 readings at an interval that you select right to your PDA. Data is downloaded to the PC in Excel format for easy data analysis. Data can be viewed on the PDA for alarm recording and graphical presentation. With our high accuracy (±0.05°C) PDA probe and data logging software you’ve got a NIST-Traceable reference thermometer and data logger all in one.
