TruPulse 200 Reflectorless Laser Rangefinder

Forestry

The TruPulse™ 200 was designed with forestry professionals in mind. Who else could fully appreciate the benefits of a lightweight, low-cost unit able to effortlessly deliver range and tree height data with 1-foot accuracy? Or the convenience of penetrating dense brush without clearing a line of sight? The large, crystal-clear optics, with in-scope LCD data display and 7X magnification provide easier sighting of target trees. The optional Bluetooth® wireless communication feature makes it effortless to instantly download your field data. With its portability and ease-of-use, the TruPulse 200 is one field tool completely at home in the woods.

Telecom

Precise network design, signal strength optimization, proper tower placement—whatever the task, the powerful, low-cost TruPulse™ 200 allows a single operator to easily obtain 1-foot accurate measurements under a variety of demanding conditions. A single press of the fire button logs vertical, horizontal and slope distance and the built-in tilt sensor allows you to measure the height of buildings from any location. This resolves the need to shoot straight down off the top of buildings when you don’t have ground-level access. The closest and farthest modes differentiate between individual targets over a wider area to help eliminate false readings, and the continuous mode allows you to take a series of measurements just by holding down the fire button and scanning across multiple targets. The TruPulse 200 even lets you gather measurements from a distance of more than 3,000 feet without a reflector. Add the optional Bluetooth® wireless feature and instantly downloading your data becomes just as fast and easy as collecting it. Whether you are designing a new system or simply collecting data on existing inventory, the TruPulse 200 is an invaluable field tool.

Gis

In an industry where accuracy and speed of data collection are both highly valued, the TruPulse™ 200 gives you the best of both. It lets a single operator quickly log data on multiple targets from more than 3,000 feet away — without a reflector. A single shot provides horizontal, vertical and slope distance with 1-foot accuracy. The built-in tilt sensor delivers angular accuracy of 0.25 degrees, even when shooting from the steepest angles. And the flexible 3-SHOT ROUTINE provides accurate height data, even if your target is partially obscured. When integrated with a GPS unit, the TruPulse 200 is great for range-range triangulation of targets which are not directly accessible. You simply shoot the same target from two different spots, and you have an easy way to gather the precise location of an inaccessible target. Add the optional Bluetooth® wireless feature, and instantly downloading your data becomes just as fast and easy as collecting it. The TruPulse 200 is a true workhorse for urban, rural and industrial data collection under whatever conditions you might encounter.

T&D/Utility Management

The TruPulse™ 200 is a powerful, low-cost tool perfect for gathering accurate field measurements from safe distances, under even the most difficult conditions. The TruPulse 200 lets a single operator quickly and easily measure everything from attachment heights and right-of-way limits to overhead line and vegetation clearances. A single shot gives you horizontal, vertical and slope distance data all within 1-foot accuracy. The closest and farthest modes differentiate between individual targets over a wider area to help eliminate false readings, and the continuous mode allows you to take a series of measurements just by holding down the fire button and scanning across multiple targets. For partially obscured targets, the auto-sequenced, 3-SHOT ROUTINE lets you take a horizontal distance measurement to any spot along the tower, not just the base. The TruPulse 200 also lets you take accurate measurements from distances of more than 3,000 feet away without needing a reflector, making it the perfect tool for improving safety in the field. When you add the Bluetooth® wireless option, instantly downloading your data becomes just as easy as it is to collect it.
