Turf-Tec Infiltrometer

Featuring case hardened cutting blades for longer life! Practical infiltrometer can be used for a variety of applications, including new development, soil analysis and agricultural. Water infiltration rates can be determined in as little as 15 minutes. Regular monitoring helps keep turf grass disease to a minimum and to adjust irrigation rates to maximize water use and minimize runoff.

Simple design is easy to use and is very field portable. Set the double ring cutting blades into the soil until the depth limiting ring comes in contact with the soil surface, approximately 2". Fill both rings with water and set the timer for the desired test period, up to 20 hours. Easy to read scale gives infiltration rates in inches and millimeters. Features include welded steel construction, double ring design for greater accuracy, case hardened cutting blades, quick on/off switch, beeper alarm and rust proof protection.
