| Merchandise Return |
All you need to do is:
- Complete the Merchandise Return form
- Include the form with each instrument requiring our services
- Ship the instrument via your assigned carrier.
Following receipt and evaluation of your instrument(s), we will contact you to inform you of the results. Please note that 3 to 5 days are necessary to evaluate a product sent to Geneq Inc.
