The HI99163 model is a specific instrument for analysis of pH of meat products. The electrode FC 232D, special design incorporates many essential functions to operate reliably without damaging the sample. The probe includes an integrated temperature sensor that provides automatic temperature compensation, an open junction to avoid clogging of the junction. In addition, the material covering the outer body of the probe is non-toxic.
The probe body has an external thread for screwing the body firmly on the penetration blade FC 099 stainless steel, included in the kit. The replaceable blade penetration permetà the user to measure not only the surface but also the internal pH of the meat.
The pH meter is easy to use and includes only two buttons. All necessary information is clearly indicated on the LCD display.
Besides the pH display and temperature, liquid crystal display of the HI 99163 model also indicates the stability of the measurement and the remaining battery charge.
The calibration is automatic in one or two points and can be selected from two sets of memorized buffers. The lifespan of the battery is more than 1500 hours, the instrument will automatically turn off after eight minutes of inactivity.
