GENEQ regularly publishes catalogues
of its products. If you wish to receive a copy, simply let us know and
we will be pleased to mail one to you. You can also download them directly
from our Web site at www.geneq.com. Our
Web site is an incredible window on the product lines that we sell.
We recommend that you visit our “Novelties”
section, updated each month and displaying the new products that we

We regularly offer special prices
on some of our products. If you would like to be informed, please send
us your e-mail address, your name and the name of your company, and
we will add you to our address book. |
| TO ORDER |
It is very simple to place an order
with us: send us your purchase order by fax, or order by phone or e-mail.
Clearly indicate your purchase order number, the complete delivery and
billing address, the product description and the quantity desired. It
is that easy! |
| PAYMENT TERMS |
Our payment terms are NET 30 DAYS
for our regular customers. To open an account, please contact one of
our representatives. You can also pay by credit card (VISA, Master Card)
or cash. |
| WARRANTY |
GENEQ honours all warranties offered
by its suppliers. They usually cover one year for parts and workmanship.
It is therefore important that you keep your invoice since it is your
proof of the date of purchase. |
| RETURNED GOODS |
If you wish to return a device for
repair or for credit, we ask you to complete the form below, and to
send it by fax and/or with the returned goods. For more information
concerning our returned goods policies, please contact our Service Department.
